In the third episode of this series we see that the bike is getting fully stripped. The original chopper-frame of the Yamaha XV1000 is now naked en ready to build up again in the fully new cafe racer design. Parts that are realy 80's will be removed and going to end up at the scrap yeard. However, the beautiful V-twin engine will be restored.
