Quick answers to common questions
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or fill in the contact form.
You will receive a response within 48 hours. In some cases it may take longer, for example if we need to contact a supplier.
You may not receive emails because they end up in your spam folder or due to a typo in your email address. Check your spam folder and search for FortaMoto. If you can’t find anything, send us your name and order number via the contact form so we can check and update your email address if needed.
If your product is damaged or defective, we need some additional information to determine if it falls under warranty. Please contact us via the contact form with a clear description of the issue.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace link you receive. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are often shipped the same day. Delivery times may vary per product.
