The Alpinestars CR-8 GORE-TEX Shoes are the ideal touring shoes for seasoned travelers, regardless of the weather conditions. These shoes take the performance of the original CR-X to new heights. With a higher cut and different aesthetics compared to the CR-X Drystar® Shoes, and the 100% waterproof and breathable performance of the GORE-TEX membrane, the CR-8 GORE-TEX Shoes are made from a stretch waterproof outer shoe construction with breathable textile panels, an angled waterproof zipper and an inner shoe with a speed lace internal closure system for the highest level of waterproof and breathable comfort. Internally, the CR-8 GORE-TEX Shoes feature Alpinestars' TPF transverse protection frame midsole, multi-layer malleolus protection and a reinforced heel counter and toe cap. The shoes have a removable OrthoLite® insole for great comfort and breathability, an elastic collar, plus a 10mm drop for excellent off-the-bike running ergonomics.
