What is the Schuberth Mobility Program?

With the Schuberth Mobility Program, you receive a new Schuberth helmet for a third of the recommended retail price after an accident. This applies to the same model and color as your original helmet. Is your exact model or color no longer available? Then the dealer will provide a comparable current model. You will always be assured of a suitable new helmet within the Schuberth line.

Why this program exists

Schuberth wants you to keep riding safely, even after an accident. Damage to a helmet is often not visible, but it can affect protection. With this program, you don't have to take any risks.

Registering your helmet

The Schuberth Mobility Program is valid up to three years after purchase. You must register your helmet via Schuberth.com. After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. Be sure to keep it safe.

How does it work in the event of an accident?

Hopefully, you will never need it, but if it happens, you will need the following to get a new helmet for a third of the price:

Report or official statement
Always have the police create an official document, even in the case of a single-vehicle accident.

• Original purchase receipt
• Official document from the police
• Copy of your Schuberth registration
• Copy of your ID
• The damaged helmet

Always buy from an official dealer
