Klan Verwarmde Liner Jas
Product description
The electric heated jacket from Klan provides comfortable warmth during the coldest motorcycle rides. The jacket can be powered in different ways: via a wiring kit directly to the motorcycle battery for unlimited use or for mobile use via an external battery (to be placed in the inner pocket). For the latter option, you can choose between a 7.4V, 6A battery or a 12V, 6A version for extra power. The exterior of the jacket is made of windproof and breathable polyester, and the jacket is insulated with an aluminum WINHEAT laminate to retain generated heat. Heating elements are located on the front, back, and sleeves. The sleeves contain the pre-installed wiring to connect gloves to the jacket so that only one connection kit or battery is needed when using this combination.
Note: The jacket does not come with a battery and connection cables; these must be ordered separately!

Below you can read how long a battery lasts when connected to a specific garment. You might wonder, why does the heavier 12V battery last shorter than the lighter 7.4V? The reason for this is that the 12V battery reaches temperature faster, which consumes a lot of energy and therefore it lasts shorter. All durations you find in the table are based on the highest/warmest level.
