The Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Proi Full Back Protector Insert is designed for riders who demand maximum protection without sacrificing comfort or flexibility. This ultra-lightweight back protector insert is CE and UKCA Level 2 certified and delivers full-length back coverage in a practical insert format.

By combining Nucleon Cell and Nucleon Flex technologies, the protector achieves an optimal balance between impact energy dispersion and freedom of movement. The flexible structure adapts naturally to the rider’s body and riding position.

The Proi version is approximately 22% longer than standard back protector inserts, extending protection further down the back. This provides coverage comparable to a fixed back protector while maintaining the convenience of an insert.

The ergonomically shaped outer shell features an advanced polymer blend with a solid Cell structure core, surrounded by a more flexible 3D Cell structure that acts as the first line of defense. A Nucleon Flex layer reinforces the central back zone for controlled flexibility.
