The Alpinestars Stella SMX-1 R v2 is a compact women’s sport riding boot that combines performance-driven features with everyday comfort. Designed specifically for the female rider, this low-cut boot delivers excellent control on the bike while maintaining flexibility and walkability off it. Its lightweight microfiber upper provides durability and comfort, reinforced with TPU protection in critical areas for enhanced safety.

Engineered with an anatomical women’s fit, the Stella SMX-1 R v2 wraps naturally around the foot for improved support without pressure points. The innovative heel counter support system works together with a closure strap to increase stability, while a soft TPR insert and integrated rear flex zone enable greater ankle freedom and better feedback on the bike’s controls.

For airflow, the rear flex window doubles as an air inlet, helping keep the foot cooler during warm rides. A redesigned ergonomic TPU shift pad increases durability where it matters most, and the streamlined forefoot shape accommodates a wide range of foot profiles while enhancing comfort and feel.

The closure system features an anatomically oriented Velcro® strap with a TPR puller, combined with a reversed side zipper for quick and secure entry. Reinforced with aramid fiber stitching, the strap system remains thin, lightweight and exceptionally strong. Accordion flex zones at the instep and Achilles area ensure smooth, predictable movement both on and off the motorcycle.

The exclusive Alpinestars rubber sole provides excellent grip, water dispersion and durability. Integrated into the sole is the Alpinestars TPF (Transversal Protection Frame), offering additional resistance against torsional and transverse forces while maintaining flexibility and rider feedback. Thermoformed flex grooves ensure the sole bends in a controlled and ergonomic way.

Impact protection is delivered through dual-density ankle protectors, a high-modulus external TPU heel counter, internal toe reinforcement, and a replaceable bi-injected TPU toe slider. Inside, a breathable mesh lining regulates moisture, while the removable EVA footbed with Lycra® ensures lasting comfort and cushioning.
