Taxes
If your order is shipped outside the EU or when you provide us with an EU VAT number during checkout. 21% tax will be deducted from your order, it's possible you'll have to pay some form of taxes or other fees when your order is imported in your country.

Are you buying a new helmet and a new communication system from us? We offer the service to install your new communication system completely free. With this service, there is no chance of installation damage and you have more time to enjoy.
This is how our free installation service works
- Add "Free Installation Communication Set" to your shopping cart when placing your order, along with the desired helmet and corresponding system.
- Your communication system will be professionally installed by one of our specialists.
- Upon receipt, all you need to do is turn on the system.
Our free installation service applies here
- The free installation service applies online and in all Fortamoto stores.
- In some cases, it is not possible to install the system immediately. In such a case, we ask you to leave the helmet and system in the store, and you will be notified when it is ready for you.
- Installation is unfortunately not possible for a non-binding reservation in our stores.
Exchanging or returning with installation service
If you want to exchange or return the order, we charge €30 for removing the communication system. So if you're unsure about the size, we recommend not having the system installed (immediately).
We always recommend updating your communication system with the latest firmware before using it.
