Product description
The B217 from Beon has a simple, yet sleek appearance. This jet helmet features a long outer visor, which is ideal for use in worse weather. Thanks to the sturdy screen, wind and rain are kept out of your face and eyes at all times. It's also affordable, since the price-quality ratio of this helmet is high.
Sizing, good fit, and soft inner lining
The Beon B217 helmet fits true to size, so you can stick to your regular size when ordering. The fit of this scooter helmet can be described as oval-round. To further complement the fit, the Beon B217 has a nice, soft inner lining with a gray color. The inner lining is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
Does the Beon B217 fit under my seat?
The Beon B217 scooter helmet has a relatively small helmet shell, but a fairly large visor. As a result, the helmet does not always easily fit under the seat of the scooter. This storage space is also known as a “buddy seat”.
National helmet law from 1 January 2023
According to the Dutch government, there are still many casualties among scooter riders in traffic each year. For this reason, it is mandatory in the Netherlands to wear an approved helmet on mopeds and scooters. The Beon B217 naturally meets the ECE approval requirement and is therefore deemed safe for use on these vehicles. The helmet is even approved for possible use on a motorcycle. However, given the higher speeds involved, we always recommend a motorcycle helmet for use on motorcycles.
2-year warranty
Of course, you can expect Beon's helmets to be of excellent quality. To further guarantee this, helmets from the Beon brand come with a 2-year factory warranty. So if any problems unexpectedly arise with your helmet under normal use, please contact our customer service.
