REV’IT Warranty at FortaMoto
Of course we may expect that the famous Dutch brand REV’IT offers only the very best quality, but it is always possible that little problems can occur – even with the nicest and most expensive gear. For this reason, REV’IT offers her customers a 2 year warranty on all products.
Is my REV’IT problem covered by the warranty?
We’re always sorry to hear that one of our customers is having an issue with their REV’IT motorcycle clothing. If you bought the product from us you will not need to worry, we will sort it out for you.
Which issues are covered by the warranty?
The following examples are purely for illustrative reasons, of course it is possible that you’re having a different issue.
The following examples are generally warranty cases:
- A button or a zipper has come loose from your motorcycle jacket.
- One of the stitches of your waterproof motorcycle boots has come loose.
- Your waterproof motorcycle jacket has started to leak.
The following examples are generally not warranty cases:
- You’re so good at riding that your boots lose skin from going flat around corners.
- You put on your motorcycle trousers while already your boots, which tears your inner-lining.
- You were involved in an accident and your motorcycle clothing has been damaged.
How does FortaMoto’s warranty procedure work?
First of all we would like to know which problem you’re having. Please send us a clear complaint together with photos (if applicable) and your order number using the "contact" button on the right side of this page – then our warranty department will be able to determine how to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue is indeed covered by the warranty, we will ask you to send the product to our office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Sadly we cannot cover shipping costs for this step.
The next step is sending the product to REV’IT, for which we will pay the shipping charges. REV’IT will take action to resolve the issue(s) and make sure we will get the product back in full working order asap. This usually takes about 2 – 4 weeks, depending on the problem. We will of course keep you updated on any developments.
Hooray! Your product has been repaired and sent back to us. We will contact you via e-mail about sending the repaired product back to you. Depending on where you are located in the world, you may be asked to pay shipping charges.
