The Dainese Ignite Tex Jacket is a delightful jacket that allows you to easily ride long distances or go out on most days with ease. The jacket is made from a water-repellent (not waterproof) fleece, which makes it very comfortable and soft. Additionally, you can remove the fleece lining if it gets too warm. The hood is also removable.
In terms of safety, there's a lot that can be done. It comes with standard CE-level 1 Pro-Armor elbow and shoulder protectors, which are removable. It is also prepared for CE-Level 2 back and chest protection (sold separately).
All in all, it's a delightful hoodie-like jacket made from soft water-repellent fleece.
