The Dainese Smart Jacket contains the latest generation Dainese D-air® technology, the airbag used by MotoGP™ champions developed over 25 years of research on the road and circuit. The Smart Jacket boasts ease of use as it can be used without any cable connection to the motorcycle. The airbag system monitors the rider’s surroundings 1,000 times per second through 7 sensors and activates in the event of a slide, impact, or rear-end collision, even when stationary. This airbag jacket covers the back and chest, with a Level 1 back airbag and a Level 2 chest airbag, providing the level of protection equivalent to seven level 1 back protectors.
