This sturdy, lightweight bicycle helmet comes in two standard sizes and is easy to adjust with the adjustment system. You can easily tighten it or loosen it, even with gloves on. The helmet has ventilation openings on the top and rear, keeping your head cool while cycling. The helmet is easy to fasten with the quick-release chin strap.
