The Macna Refuge is a lightweight motorcycle jacket that is very suitable for riding in spring and summer since there is no lining in the jacket, allowing you to consider the jacket more as a rain jacket to wear over, for example, your hoodie. With its sporty casual appearance, it is a jacket ideal for the urban motorcyclist and can also be worn perfectly well outside of motorcycling.

The material from which the jacket is made is the abrasion-resistant polyester ripstop. This material is light and easy to keep clean. Over this, the waterproof Raintex DL membrane is laminated, ensuring maximum waterproofing.

Because the Refuge is developed for the summer, the jacket also offers the necessary ventilation options on the arms and back. Additionally, there is the possibility to create more ventilation at the front of the jacket by using an alternative zipper.

Despite the fact that the Refuge is a light jacket with a casual look, protection is indeed present. For example, on the shoulders and from the elbows to the forearms, we find the new Safe Tech CE protectors. These are made of a soft material and fit well around the joints where you can hardly feel or see them. There is also space for optional CE back protection. For extra safety, we find laminated reflective parts on the shoulders and back.
