Instead of the standard 14 days, you have 30 days to return your order at FortaMoto.com. You can return or exchange your purchase within this period without giving a reason. Products must be unused and, if possible, returned with all original tags and labels.
Return options
Exchanging or returning is very straightforward:
- Circle the product to be returned on packing slip
- Tick the applicable box on the rear of the packing slip, stating if you want to return or exchange the product.
- Send the package, including the shipping invoice and with sufficient postage stamps, to the following address:

We will process the return shipment as soon as we receive it. We will verify whether the product has been used or damaged. After this we will send you the desired substitute product as quickly as possible, or we will return your payment within 5 working days.
IMPORTANT! When returning from outside the EU mark the package as RETURN/EXCHANGE.
Did you buy a product in one of our stores? You can return it in store. We will refund your purchase within 5 working days to the original payment method. For cash payments, please contact the store in advance so we can prepare your refund.
