At FortaMoto, you’re entitled to the warranty you can expect from an official dealer. It’s frustrating when a product develops a fault or defect, and we’re here to help you resolve it.

Warranty policy

If a product is damaged or shows a defect, we first need some additional information to determine whether it falls under warranty. Contact us via +31 20 214 9680 or [email protected] and provide a clear description of the issue.

If we confirm that your issue is covered under warranty, send the product to our returns department, properly packaged and with sufficient postage. Once received, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty period

The warranty period varies by brand. Popular brands such as Arai, HJC, LS2 and Shark offer a 5 year warranty, Scorpion offers 3 years, and brands such as REV'IT, Premier and Beon offer a 2 year warranty.

Examples covered under warranty

The following examples are indicative. In these cases, the issue is covered under warranty:

  • A button or zipper has come loose from your motorcycle jacket.
  • Stitching has come loose on your waterproof motorcycle boots.
  • Your waterproof motorcycle jacket or trousers suddenly start leaking.

Examples not covered under warranty

In the following cases, the issue is not covered under warranty:

  • Your riding style causes your boots to wear down from contact with the road.
  • You put on your motorcycle trousers while already wearing boots and damage the inner lining.
  • Your motorcycle gear is damaged as a result of an accident.
