**THE REVOLUTIONARY**

The full Carbon shell of the new C5 Carbon is manufactured using the same processes as our Formula 1 helmets. Importantly, the same highly specialized technicians who produce the helmets of the current Formula 1 World Champion make them by hand.

**ÉÉN TECHNICIAN, ÉÉN HELMET**

The production process of the new C5 Carbon is based on the principle of "one technician, one helmet". This means that the technician who starts laminating must complete the entire process.

**THE ART OF "COOKING"**

After laminating, the Carbon mold is closed and taken to the vacuum station. Here, special operators carefully wrap and vacuum each mold to prepare it for the autoclave curing cycle. The Schuberth Performance autoclaves generate a combination of pressure and temperature within a precise time schedule. A cycle that can last up to four hours transforms the layers of carbon fiber and resin into a monolithic piece with excellent mechanical strength and lightweight performance.

**NEW VENTILATION SYSTEM**

Ventilation makes the C5 Carbon groundbreaking in the Flip-up helmet category. Optimal thermoregulation maximizes rider performance and comfort. That's why the C5 Carbon has been designed to combine ultimate ventilation with the dual chin air intake with interchangeable filter, along with a new rear spoiler with air extraction and exposed EPS ventilation channels.

**SAFETY FIRST**

Safety comes first at Schuberth. The C5 Carbon, thanks to its full Carbon shell, offers excellent mechanical strength combined with an extremely lightweight. The new C5 Carbon has the P/J double homologation and meets the strict ECE-R 22.06 standard. Like the entire Schuberth collection, the C5 Carbon benefits from the Anti-Roll-Off-System in combination with a chin strap in a new advanced position for improved comfort on the throat.

**INTERCOM SYSTEM**

The most advanced technology for your Schuberth C5 Carbon. Extremely easy to install, configure and use, SC2 sets a new standard for engine communications. The HD speakers and three antennas for FM radio, Bluetooth Intercom and Mesh Intercom are already pre-installed in the Schuberth C5 Carbon.

**Schuberth INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM**

The C5 family from Schuberth sets a new standard in comfort. The standard pillow is designed to provide uncompromising comfort to all our customers, but those with "extreme head shapes" usually have to compromise on fit and sizing. For Schuberth, compromise is not an option, so we introduce the Schuberth INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM. A specific program aimed at providing maximum comfort to the rider, with the ability to customize the internal padding with more thickness options for sides, back and cheek pads. **MESH 2.0**

Thanks to the new Mesh 2.0 technology, the Schuberth SC2 delivers an unparalleled level of intercom connections and redefines the concept of "communication network". With Mesh 2.0 technology it is now possible to connect with a virtually unlimited number of participants. In addition, our new system offers Sena's latest HD speakers and microphone, advanced noise cancellation, the digital assistant and a range comparable to the highest performing products on the market.

**VISOR MEMORY FUNCTION**

It is always the small details that make the difference between a regular helmet and a Schuberth. Introduced for the first time on the E1-peak, the memory function is now also included in the C5 Carbon visor. This function selects any exact position with the chin bar closed, retained after opening and closing the chin bar.
