Yes, as long as the product/order is completely unused and undamaged. The rear side of the packing slip contains the three steps you need to return (a part of) your order. Have you lost your packing slip? Then please click on the ‘Exchange and Returns’ link at the top of our website for further instructions. After we have received the product(s), it will take around three work days for the paid amount to be back in your account. If you would like to come to our store in Amsterdam, The Netherlands to try something on, then it is best to make an appointment with us. This way, we can make sure that your desired product is ready for you. To make an appointment simply go to the ‘check out’ page after placing the desired product(s) into your shopping cart, choose the option ‘Store pickup in Amsterdam’. We will then make sure that your product is ordered, if necessary. A fitting appointment is completely free, no strings attached!
Every product page contains a special size chart, which will give you a good indication of which size you would need for that specific product. If you’re not entirely sure how a motorcycle helmet should fit, then maybe you could take a look on our YouTube for more information. If you’re having trouble thinking of a good present to buy your friend, relative or loved one – how about giving them a gift card! Is the recipient being stubborn and has he/she being riding with the same helmet for 10 years? Inspire them to get a safe and comfortable new helmet. Nearly all of our motorcycle helmets have been ECE certified for use on the European public roads. A couple of helmets aren’t ECE approved, they have a DOT certification. This is basically the American version of the ECE certifications. If a helmet does not have the ECE approval, it is explicitly stated on the concerning page.
The store in Amsterdam, The Netherlands is open from 10am – 18pm on Monday to Friday. On Saturday the store is open from 10am – 17pm.
If a certain product (size) states ‘same day shipping’, then it means that we have the product in stock in our warehouse. If it says something else, then it means that we have the product in stock in an external warehouse – in this case it will not be directly available in our Amsterdam store.

Would you like to know if a certain defect or problem is classed as a warranty issue? Then please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached photo (if possible) of the defect and your order number/customer number. We will then research the issue and find out if the warranty claim is well-grounded, then we will do our best to solve the problem.
